The Content Marketing Manager drives revenue growth through the development and execution of marketing communication (marcom) and content marketing strategies across all external communications channels. This role oversees the planning, creation, and execution of social and digital content strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention. By working closely with sales, marketing, and portfolio teams, this position ensures cohesive messaging and impactful initiatives that connect with target audiences throughout their customer journey. Reporting Relationships Reports to: Director of Marketing Communications Non-Supervisory Position Primary Job Responsibilities Write, edit, and publish technical-focused content across formats: Long-form: blogs, white papers, case studies, website pages, data sheets Short-form: social posts, taglines, email copy, and other quick-turn marketing materials Develop and manage a unified digital content calendar that integrates all content types, both long-form and short-form, aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling Create visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to support web, social, blogs, white papers, data sheets and email campaigns Produce and edit video content with Adobe Premiere and Riverside FM to enhance storytelling across digital channels Manage and execute social media calendars, including scheduling posts, creating assets, and engaging communities across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, sales, design, leadership) to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging Maintain and optimize website content for SEO and audience engagement, ensuring timely updates and relevance to marketing priorities Monitor and analyze content performance across web and social platforms, using data to inform content planning and improvements Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance DPT’s digital presence. Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 3–6 years of professional design and marketing experience, in a corporate or agency setting experience in digital content creation, marketing communications, or social media management Proven ability to manage multi‑channel digital content calendars with a website‑first approach Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects), and Riverside FM (or equivalent) Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Understanding of SEO principles, analytics, and performance measurement Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines A strong portfolio showcasing long and short form writing, as well as graphic design and video storytelling skills across technical and brand‑focused content Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills across teams and time zones Travel:Up to 15% of overnight travel is anticipated for this position. Frequent travel outside the local area and overnight. Some occasional local day travel may be necessary. Preferred: Hands‑on video production and editing experience Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling and design sensibilities Ability to apply data‑driven insights to optimize content strategy and engagement Environment and Normal Working Conditions Office environment. Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. Physical Requirements Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
