About The Job
Parry Labs is seeking a creative and motivated Production Graphic Artist. This entry‑level role is perfect for recent college graduates eager to grow their skills and contribute to a fast‑paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will create and design various visual assets—including presentations, OV‑1 diagrams, newsletters, and more—while ensuring all materials align with the Parry Labs brand and messaging. Additionally, you will provide event support to our marketing team, ensuring cohesive branding and execution.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and Production: Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and designs for a variety of materials, including presentations, marketing collateral, newsletters, and technical documents.
Event Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute visuals and materials for corporate events, trade shows, and presentations. Assist in event setup, branding, and logistics.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance Parry Labs’ visual identity by adhering to established branding guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and leadership, to conceptualize and produce impactful designs.
Content Development: Assist in the creation of digital and print content that communicates complex ideas effectively to internal and external audiences.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
Creative Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance the visual storytelling of Parry Labs’ mission and solutions.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong attention to detail, with an eye for design, typography, and layout.
Basic understanding of visual storytelling and ability to convey complex information through design.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in creating technical diagrams, infographics, or marketing materials.
Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics.
