We are hiring a mid‑to‑senior museum exhibition graphic designer with 3–5 years of experience in a collaborative design environment. Responsibilities Mentor junior museum exhibition graphic designers Push the boundaries of museum exhibition graphic design excellence for our clients Communicate verbally and in writing with clients and team Use advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Maintain a positive attitude and handle criticism well Work independently and collaborate as part of a team Follow up on long‑term and short‑term projects Adapt to rapidly changing priorities Coordinate work across graphic designers, 3D designers, content, media teams, and external consultants Liaise with exhibit fabricators, project architects, and clients Help plan project timelines Knowledge of HTML, AfterEffects, SketchUp, or other 3D software is a plus but not required Experience reading architectural drawings is a plus Qualifications Excellent design and typography skills Proficiency with imagery, color, and grids 3–5 years of experience, preferably in exhibitions Advanced Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) Highly organized, detail‑oriented, can‑do attitude Comfort leading junior designers and working in a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to send artwork for pre‑production and production Understanding of physical design materials Details & How to Apply Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000.
