Hybrid – remote work + in-person on show days. Contract or Full‑time (depending on the candidate). Rossen Reports is exploding in growth — 1.5 million+ subscribers across platforms — and we’re looking for a sharp, creative Producer who can help take our LIVE show to the next level. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands the rhythm and flow of a live show and can craft tight, compelling consumer segments that keep viewers watching. What You’ll Do Build and produce a 30–40 minute YouTube Live show from top to bottom multiple days each week. Pitch, research, and develop strong consumer‑driven segments in the Rossen Reports style. Book and pre‑interview guests, including video guests, experts, real consumers, and newsmakers. Gather visuals, pull video, verify facts, and chase all elements needed for high‑impact stories. Stack, write, and time out the rundown, collaborating directly with Jeff. Identify trending topics in real time and quickly shape them into segments. Work hybrid: prep remotely, but be in‑person for the actual live shows in the West Palm Beach/Boca Raton area.
