Requirements

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Head of Marketing – Euclid

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own marketing strategy from 0→1, developing a prioritized roadmap across demand generation, content, brand, and enablement.
- Lead and own content calendar: write and publish a monthly newsletter, monthly blog posts, weekly/bi‑weekly LinkedIn content, and coordinate webinars.
- Drive early‑stage demand generation: execute email campaigns, manage lead capture and nurture workflows, and collaborate with sales.
- Create and maintain core marketing assets: one‑pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and internal enablement tools.
- Maintain the website, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools, ensuring they function properly.
- Lead press and PR strategy, identify speaking opportunities, and manage media outreach.
- Plan and execute events and conferences, ensuring brand consistency and pipeline support.
- Oversee client gifting and swag initiatives, tracking impact to guide future decisions.
- Own projects end‑to‑end, making decisive execution decisions and communicating effectively across teams.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, strong focus on content creation and product marketing.
- Strategic thinker who executes with speed and precision.
- Excellent writer, able to turn raw input into crisp, compelling copy.
- Strong bias toward execution and ownership, comfortable making decisions without detailed input.
- Digitally fluent, able to manage publishing platforms and lightweight integrations.
- Experience with webinars, content calendars, demand generation programs, and product collateral.
- Fast learner and confident in building systems that last.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $180,000 – $200,000 with equity award. Base salary range subject to change.
