The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic fan engagement initiatives focused on driving revenue through fan engagement analysis, digital marketing tactics, and innovative marketing techniques.

This role will collaborate with the broader revenue, marketing, and business analytics teams by serving as the centralized thought leader responsible for activating strategic marketing tactics to achieve revenue goals. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of all digital marketing tactics, platform intricacies, trends, and algorithms, as well as be able to help construct the technical infrastructures necessary to execute a conversion journey with accurate attributable income and activity.

In addition to serving the revenue goals for the organization, this person will collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure our fan engagement initiatives are uniquely tailored for maximum engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead the build of a technically sound digital advertising infrastructure that is compliant with NFL and global PII guidelines.
  • Create, manage, and oversee the implementation and execution of end-to-end digital advertising strategies.
  • Serve organizational revenue and fan engagement goals through analytically driven fan engagement efforts.
  • Analyze, optimize, and communicate fan engagement insights in order to educate and inform internal stakeholders about performance.
  • Ability to read, react, communicate, and optimize against reporting from various performance-marketing platforms.
  • Outline and provide direct attribution roadmap in partnership with Business Insights Tea.
  • Align initiatives with broader marketing and revenue targets to ensure seamless integration across the organization.
  • Serve as the expert on cross-functional digital advertising, including, but not limited to, the following platforms: Google, Meta, CTV, Programmatic, Search, TikTok, Snapchat, Marketo and internal database maximization.
  • In addition to serving the revenue goals for the organization, this person will collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure our fan engagement initiatives are uniquely tailored for maximum engagement.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to monitor performance, adjust strategies, and report findings to senior leadership. Use data insights to optimize future programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Abilities and Skills:

  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple initiatives, goals and targets while delivering impactful fan engagement programs.
  • Strong data analysis skills to track performance and inform decisions, combined with logical problem-solving and creative innovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of fostering trust and building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality in all deliverables.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and at least 5-7 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally within a role that required DTC conversion.
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and activating revenue‑generating, digital marketing campaigns that enhance fan engagement and brand awareness.
  • Experience with Google PMax, Meta, CTV, Programmtic, SEO, SEM, App, SMS, Marketo.
  • Extensive knowledge and proven track record of driving revenue via multiple marketing platforms and optimizing analytics including cost per activity and ROAS.
  • Experience leveraging a variety of platforms simultaneously to drive full‑funnel customer activity and conversion rates.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Formstack, Zoom/Zoom webinar, and Squarespace.
