Description Essential Functions

eCommerce & Website Design/Maintenance

Digital & Email Marketing

Merchandising, User Experience, and Subscription Program Maintenance

Oversee and Execute Editorial Calendar & Analytics To Support Strategy

Specific Duties

Maintain eCommerce Operations & Website

Oversee daily operations of MadcapCoffee.com, Shopify, ShipStation, and the wholesale portal, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, merchandising, and promotional execution while driving continuous UX improvements.

Own Digital, Email & CRM Marketing

Execute all DTC/B2B email campaigns, automated flows, SEO/SEM, paid digital, affiliate channels, and CRM segmentation to grow audience engagement and drive performance.

Implement social media content aligned with marketing calendars; partner with the Brand Designer to plan and support photo, video, and creative production needs.

Perform Product Marketing & Release

Own product marketing for coffees, merchandise, and brewing equipment; maintain the product and release calendar with Roastery and Green Coffee teams; write product descriptions and campaign content.

Support Wholesale Marketing & Resource Enablement

Maintain the Wholesale Buyer’s Guide, product release assets, and resource portals while coordinating B2B communication and marketing support with Sales and Retail.

Maintain Subscriptions & Merchandising Strategy

Oversee Recharge subscription operations and optimization; analyze merchandising performance, digital buying patterns, bundling, and promotions to identify growth opportunities.

Drive Analytics, GTM Support & Cross-Functional Alignment

Analyze campaign and site performance, maintain scorecard measures, support GTM planning, and coordinate with Sales, Ops, Roastery, Retail, and agency partners to execute integrated marketing strategies.

Close observer of trends in marketing, digital, content, and social media. Identifies opportunities for Madcap and dito.

Curious, data-driven, and iterative. Able to theorize, test, verify, and adjust quickly.

2+ years in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media.

Proficient with Shopify, ShipStation, and website CMS tools.

Recharge/subscription experience strongly preferred.

EOS, project management tools, and specialty coffee experience are a plus.

Supervisory Responsibility This role engages with external partners and works closely with internal staff. The role may support direction, coordination, or evaluation of cross-functional contributors as needed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, salaried position averaging 40 hours/week. Occasional evenings, weekends, and extended hours may be required based on workload and product launch cycles.

Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, with occasional out-of-area or overnight travel as needed for events such as tradeshows, photo shoots, brand launches, & retail events.
