# VP of Social Media## •### @realdailywireCLOSED•Full-time## Job DescriptionThe Daily Wire is seeking a driven, collaborative professional to join us as Vice President of Social Media. The Vice President of Social Media will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of our social media strategy across all platforms. This leader will drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness by collaborating with podcast talent, production, and marketing teams to craft innovative social storytelling and build vibrant communities around our shows and personalities• Develop and optimize a comprehensive, data-driven social media strategy—set clear KPIs, monitor performance dashboards, and pivot tactics to maximize ROI• Provide ongoing coaching and support to podcast hosts and show teams on platform best practices, content ideation, and personal branding• Manage daily social publishing workflow—schedule posts, moderate communities, and drive active audience engagement• Drive audience growth through organic community-building initiatives and targeted paid campaigns• Oversee creative production—coordinate with video, design, and editorial teams to deliver platform-tailored videos, graphics, and audio clips• Lead ideation sessions for breakthrough social-first campaigns that leverage emerging features and trends• Analyze performance metrics and social listening insights—synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, ad sales, and external platform partners (e.g., Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X) on integrated promotions• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing social media team—define roles, set objectives, and foster a creative, results-driven culture• Establish and maintain scalable workflows and content calendars to ensure consistency and quality across all channelsSupport product launches, live events, and ad hoc brand initiatives, plus other duties as assigned by leadership8-10 years of experience in communications, marketing, digital media, or related field or equivalent experienceVisionary leadership and ability to connect social execution to business goalsStrong executive presence with outstanding communication skillsHighly collaborative and politically savvy; able to navigate a matrixed organizationDeep understanding of content strategy, short-form video, virality, and cultural trendsData-informed decision-maker who embraces analytics, insights, and optimizationAbility to mentor, inspire, and retain high-performing talentCrisis and reputation management experience on social platformsStrategic thinker with the ability to execute in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsFluent in brand storytelling and creative developmentPassion for media, podcasting, politics, or cultural commentary a strong plusProficient in managing integrations via APIs, webhooks, and tag managersAnalytical mindset with experience working with reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)LocationOn-siteNashville, TennesseePayPay not disclosedSimilar roles/responsibilitiesVP of Social Media
