Marketing Campaign Manager

In this role, you’ll build campaigns that reach some of the most complex and well‑known public sector organizations in North America.

What You’ll Do Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, target personas, and acquisition objectives.
Translate go‑to‑market strategies into actionable campaign plans in partnership with product marketing, business development, sales, and demand generation.
Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from intelligence gathering and strategy formulation to execution, optimization, and post‑campaign analysis.
Campaign Execution & Management
Own multi‑channel lead generation programs across email, paid media, digital advertising, content syndication, and more.
Use marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g.,
HubSpot ,
Salesforce ) to build segmented lists, create campaign assets, streamline workflows, and manage end‑to‑end execution.
Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution across all programs.
Performance & Optimization
Track and analyze campaign results, including SQLs, opportunity creation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Optimize in‑flight programs to enhance performance and accelerate customer acquisition.
Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders, using data to shape future strategies.
Continuously test and refine tactics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration & Enablement
Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on audiences, messaging, and lead follow‑up.
Develop and present clear, compelling campaign playbooks and overviews that communicate objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Provide visibility into marketing programs, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in campaign management or demand/lead generation—ideally within GovTech or B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to design, execute, and scale integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
Strong understanding of the B2G/B2B buyer journey, funnel stages, and SaaS sales cycles.
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g.,
Marketo ,
HubSpot ,
Pardot ) and CRM platforms (e.g.,
Salesforce ).
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and convert insights into action.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
