Coordinate production with printers, including press checks.* Organize and maintain digital project files within the established archival system.* Other related duties as assigned.* Bachelor’s degree.* One year of professional work experience in graphic design and production.* Ability to design and produce high-quality work with a strong sense of concept development, superior design, technical and editing skills, and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.* Experience with the printing process including print specifications and final files service skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, work within budget, and collaborate with a team.* Fluency in Adobe CC, Keynote, PPT, and Microsoft Office.* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.* Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.* Three years or more of professional graphic design and production experience.* Basic knowledge of HTML a plus.* Experience using a project management system a plus.**Start Here, Change the World**At The University of Texas at Austin, tradition meets innovation in the heart of a city that frequents lists of the best places to live and work.
