# Social Media Coordinator## •### @BuffaloBillsCLOSED•Full-time## Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIESPitch, plan, create and publish content for Bills social media platforms including but not limited to:MemesVertical Video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)Promotional / Sponsored ContentReal-time reactionary contentGame and event coverageDemonstrate creativity and be an idea leaderCover practices, games and other events important to the organizationContribute to content ideation around TikTok and Reels strategyCollaborate with the video and photography production team on social first content conceptsMonitor news and social media to identify what is trending in sports and relevant pop cultureAssist with managing live streams of press conferences and other eventsSupport and/or manage the Highmark Stadium platforms and any other Bills ancillary social media channels that may ariseWork gamedays with an emphasis on publishing real time content in the Bills voice across multiple platformsOptimize new and existing content for best performance on social platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)QUALIFICATIONS2+ years experience in social media content programming
