About FMN Creative, LLC FMN Creative is a growing Social Media Agency looking for creative professionals to join our roster of talent. We are a full-service agency and handle everything that clients don't see behind a social media posts. From strategy to content creation, email marketing, web building, and more, we truly turn clicks into customers and handle all of the nuances on (and off) social media.

We are seeking a driven team member who wants to join our mission and use design as a force for good!

OVERVIEW:

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content for our roster of mission-driven clients. You will design everything from social media campaigns that raise funds for nonprofits to brand materials that help health organizations spread life-saving awareness. This is design work with purpose and measurable impact.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Primary Responsibilities (70% of role):

Social Media Campaigns:

Create scroll-stopping graphics, carousels, and stories across multiple platforms

Brand Materials:

Design logos, brand guidelines, and physical marketing materials

Digital Assets:

Develop email campaign graphics, blog visuals, and digital course materials

Web Elements:

Design custom landing pages, funnels, and website graphics

Client Collaboration (20% of role):

Work directly with purpose-driven clients to understand their visual needs

Present design concepts and manage approval processes

Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints

Communicate project updates and timelines effectively

Agency Support (10% of role):

Maintain FMN Creative's visual brand standards

Support special projects and campaign needs as they arise

Collaborate with the team to fulfill FMN Creative’s marketing objectives

Organize and manage design file archives across cloud-based systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3-5 years of graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva

Proven experience working with multiple clients in fast-paced environments

Home office setup with a reliable internet connection

Central New York location preferred, but not required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations

WordPress and Squarespace design experience

Demonstrated understanding of Meta and LinkedIn ads, lead generation funnels, and conversion design

POSITION DETAILS:

Type:

Part-time to start (15-20 hrs/weekly minimum), with growth opportunity to full-time

Location:

Hybrid (Central New York area preferred)

Compensation:

$25-30/hour DOE

Reports to:

CEO/Creative Director
