Job Title User Experience Designer #1044178
Job Description The Company Customer Service Division Tech team is looking for a Senior Product Designer. The role requires a collaborative approach, leading, executing, optimizing and adjusting both work product and processes based on feedback from multiple stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Guide the user experience across website strategy, including web‑based software.
Lead multiple designers across product teams and foster user‑centered design.
Advocate user‑centered design perspectives informed by business needs and technical feasibility.
Provide consistency in approach and integrity in usability and accessibility across design efforts.
Engage in project planning and scoping to support business needs and design opportunities.
Concept, design, test, launch and refine new products and services through systems thinking.
Support data‑driven test & learn programs incorporating analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify problems and solutions.
Support design leadership team on communication and presentation needs.
Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of Interaction Design, Service Design, Design Excellence, Information Architecture, and/or Pro in Figma.
Evangelize UX practices across a portfolio of projects.
Mentor junior designers to support their growth as UX practitioners.
Drive the delivery of design work, raising the bar for team‑wide, human‑centered approaches.
Work cross‑functionally with leaders and colleagues to define and execute strategy and projects.
Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to solve problems effectively.
