Description As a System Design Control Account Manager (CAM) you will be responsible for managing multiple System Design Control Accounts, accomplishing the following:

Ensuring compliance with EVM principles in an Agile environment

Adequately forecasting IMS dates

Identifying and mitigating risks

Planning work scope

Managing scope changes and explaining variances incurred

Interfacing with high level technical SMEs and PMs on behalf of System Design

Basic Qualifications

CAM or Earned Value experience

Desired Skills

PPM 101

Agile EVM experience

Requirements management experience

System Design experience

Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills

Experience working on Agile teams and/or projects

Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams

Jira experience

Ability to identify risks, opportunities and develop mitigation strategies

Familiarity with PPMP-01 and PPMP-02

Project Engineering experience

Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret

Work Location Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
