Position Overview
A casual hourly‑intermittent Artists' Figure Model position in the Art Department, available on or after August 18, 2025. The role typically requires 2–10 hours per week of flexible early‑morning to evening work. It is a temporary, part‑time, on‑call appointment, with reappointment based on budget, department needs, and performance.
Responsibilities
Serve as an Artists' Figure Model, undraped (nude), for art classes and open studio sessions.
Arrive on time to scheduled class sessions as arranged by faculty or staff.
Complete the modeling session as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
No experience necessary.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Completion of a high‑school program or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in group or classroom activity.
Responsible and punctual.
Ability to follow directions.
Professional work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as an artists' figure model.
Physical Requirements
Standing and/or sitting for long periods of time.
Ability to hold a stance for several minutes at a time without moving.
Salary $20.00 per hour.
