This role acts as the key link between marketing, brand, sales, and promotional teams, driving the implementation of visibility and promotional plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining brand standards across all retail environments. The Field Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Director & Corona Team Leader and plays a critical role in maximizing the effectiveness of marketing investments and supporting sales growth.**Key Responsibilities*** Embody the spirit of the brand by being fully present in the field, driving impactful execution every day.* Champion trade activations that bring Grupo Modelo to life at every point of sale, ensuring our brand stands out and connects with consumers.* Seek out and seize new distribution opportunities, expanding our reach and unlocking growth in every corner of the market.* Deliver excellence in visibility and promotional plans, tailoring strategies to each channel for maximum impact.* Engage directly with stores, nurturing relationships and ensuring our products are always available and showcased to perfection.* Safeguard our brand’s integrity by monitoring pricing and compliance, upholding the highest standards in every retail environment.* Orchestrate the management and distribution of POP materials, transforming retail spaces into vibrant brand experiences.* Share insights and learnings through weekly reports, fueling continuous improvement and celebrating wins with the team.* Build bridges between the brand and the in-house promotions team, fostering collaboration and unified execution.* Inspire and empower promoters, equipping them with the knowledge and passion to represent Grupo Modelo with pride and excellence.* Perform any additional key activity assigned by the function director that is relevant to the role.**Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.* 1–2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, promotions, or similar roles (junior/intermediate level).* Experience working in field-based roles or with consumer goods is preferred.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.* Results-oriented with analytical thinking.* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).* Willingness to travel frequently around the Island.* Valid driver’s license.* Access to a personal vehicle is required.* Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, evenings and Holidays for events.**Physical Requirements and Work Environment****Physical Requirements:*** Frequently stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods while visiting stores, retail environments, and field locations.* Use hands to handle or operate mobile devices, tablets, and promotional materials.* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 45 pounds, including point-of-purchase materials, product samples, and promotional displays.* Regularly travel to retail locations, distributors, and external events, which may involve driving and navigating various operational areas.* Must be able to travel locally and regionally as required by business needs, including visits to suppliers, retail partners, and brand activations.**Work Environment:*** This position is primarily field-based, with frequent visits to retail stores, supermarkets, and event venues.* Occasional exposure to warehouse, storage, or operational environments during site visits, which may involve variable temperatures, noise levels, and walking on different surfaces.* The role requires managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.* A professional image, as defined by Grupo Modelo, must be consistently upheld in all internal and external interactions.The aim of Ballester Hermanos is to provide a service of excellence, a purpose that has driven us here since 1914.
