Since our inception in 2019, we’ve worked with 80+ teams to bring their products to market, including prominent blockchains (Solana Labs, NEAR Foundation, Cronos), DAO tooling products (Utopia Labs, Layer3, Magna), DeFi protocols (Friktion, Thala Labs, MarginFi, Drift, Socean), NFT marketplaces and tools (Hyperspace, Hologram, Solana Name Service) Web3 gaming (Planetarium, VBA), Web3 music (Sound.xyz, Decent), and many more.

About this role
We’re seeking to hire a talented
Product Designer
to join our design team. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead projects for the product design team and own client communication + task management Mentor and guide fellow team members Conduct and analyze results from user testing to translate it into experience design Concept and brainstorm UX and UI designs for projects Support all aspects of design and production for projects, focusing on innovation and quality QUALIFICATIONS
A portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work with a strong design sensibility Experience creating experiences for web, mobile or devices Ability to communicate design concept ideas through sketches, prototypes and wireframes Must be proficient and highly skilled in Figma, Sketch, and other design and wireframing tools Ability to prototype in your tool of choice (Figma, HTML/CSS, InvisionApp, Framer, etc) Self‑motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique ROLE DETAILS
