This is a role for a hands-on Senior IC who wants real creative ownership. You’ll define and scale Starbridge’s brand across every medium we touch: web, social, product launches, campaigns, events, and whatever new canvas we dream up next.

What You’ll Do
Shape a Category-Defining Brand -
Take the lead in evolving a visual identity that feels modern, bold, and unmistakably Starbridge. Define How We Show Up -
Craft the visuals behind our marketing site, social content, launch stories, events, and everything in between. Build Across Disciplines -
Flex between graphic design, motion, and illustration to create a cohesive, high-impact visual system. Make the Complex Feel Effortless -
Translate AI workflows and GTM concepts into visuals that feel accessible, distinct, and easy to grasp. Collaborate With Builders -
Partner closely with product marketing, growth, content, and product design. You’ll have collaborators who value design and expect it to set the bar. Who You Are
3+ years as a multi-disciplinary brand designer with a portfolio that clearly shows your craft.
Experience designing for B2B SaaS brands; exposure to GTM tech is a major plus.
Skilled across graphic design, motion, illustration, and web (Webflow is a bonus).
Someone who loves to ship fast, push creative boundaries, and would be excited to work in person with a tight, creative NYC-based team.
