Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a premium nutritional wellness company, find a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. In this role, you’ll handle day‑to‑day campaign execution, performance monitoring, and creative testing to ensure efficiency and growth. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Paid Social + Creative Strategy.
Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management
Execute daily campaign management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic display platforms, and other social platforms
Handle creative trafficking and campaign setup based on strategic direction from Sr. Manager
Implement influencer and publisher allowlisting strategies for content amplification
Monitor campaign performance and make tactical optimizations to improve efficiency
Manage budget pacing and allocation across campaigns and ad sets
Conduct regular account audits to identify optimization opportunities
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Perform daily performance analysis and implement optimization recommendations
Execute A/B tests for audiences, creative, landing pages, and campaign settings
Support landing page testing and optimization initiatives for social media traffic
Monitor key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Identify trends and anomalies in campaign performance and recommend solutions
Implement platform best practices for campaign optimization
Reporting & Analysis
Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for leadership review
Track campaign performance against established KPIs and targets
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data analysis
Support attribution analysis and multi-touch customer journey reporting
Maintain organized documentation of campaign strategies and results
Creative & Testing Support
Collaborate with creative teams to implement and test new creative assets
Execute creative rotation strategies to prevent ad fatigue
Monitor creative performance and provide data-driven feedback
Support creative briefing process with performance insights
Maintain creative asset libraries and performance documentation
Must-Have
+4 years of experience in paid social media advertising, preferably for DTC brands
Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Business, and programmatic display platforms
Experience with influencer and publisher allowlisting processes and content amplification
Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
Knowledge of tracking pixels, conversion events, attribution models, and iOS 14.5+ privacy changes
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
Experience with YouTube Brand Connect and YouTube advertising ecosystem (preferred)
Understanding of landing page optimization and testing methodologies
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
