Summary Coordinates the digital strategy for marketing & communications across the health care system to support business objectives of the system and its entities.
Responsibilities
Coordinates the digital strategy for marketing & communications across the health care system to support business objectives of the system and its entities.
Creates & maintains editorial and graphic content for externally facing websites, using a variety of CMS platforms, coding skills & Adobe creative tools.
Contributes to design & build of new website projects.
Monitors social media activity across multiple platforms and responds/engages in accordance with digital strategy team protocols/recommendations.
Researches ongoing digital/social media trends and makes recommendations on proactive social media marketing ideas and content.
Coordinates and develops strategies to share timely news and communications for the health care system and its entities across social media platforms.
Contributes to mobile initiatives of digital strategy team, including app creation & management.
Produces & maintains blogs, e-newsletters and other digital communications tools.
Assists coordinators/managers in the development of strategy, design, and implementation of interactive campaign elements.
Identifies Digital Media initiatives that will lead to new growth opportunities.
Contributes to digital optimization efforts, including social optimization, SEO, SEM, offsite listings management, and staying up to date on the latest trends and technologies in search and optimization.
Serves as a point person to interactive content vendors, ensuring quality & budgetary compliance.
Helps train and advise marketing & communications team members and others in the health care system on web production platforms and social media best practices.
Contributes to Google Analytics account management, setting up profiles & dashboards, generating reports and setting campaign/organizational tracking goals.
Fields interactive project requests from clinical & business stakeholders throughout the organization and assists them with digital marketing needs.
Other Information Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required.
Licensure/Certification Requirements: None specified.
Professional Experience Requirements: Three or more years of related experience is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: Must demonstrate excellent written & oral communication skills and a strong understanding of web strategy & design principles. Experience with internet user behavior, web technology, social media marketing, analytics, and web functionality is preferred. Must possess excellent organization, multi-tasking and strategic-thinking skills. Flexibility, good judgment, high energy and attention to detail are essential. Must work as a team player in a fast-paced, creative environment.
