J-019158**Job Description**:**Marketing Analyst****Role Overview:****At Huntsman, we are looking for a Marketing Analyst** to strengthen the European marketing team in the PU (Polyurethanes) Division. In this position you will play an important role with focus on operational marketing activities, including campaign execution, product support, sales enablement, and market analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Analyst will help implement strategies, deliver insights, and ensure alignment across key markets in Europe.This is a **hybrid position**, with one day per week at our Tienen office (Belgium)**Role Responsibilities:****As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for:****1. Assess New Markets –** conducting structured market assessments for target segments to determine customer needs, product, and service requirements; assess our fit and outline what would be needed to succeed.
2. **Sales Enablement** - developing and maintaining impactful sales tools (presentations, kits, case studies, PR materials) and collaborating with sales teams to deliver customer-facing content that supports acquisition and growth.3. **Data Reporting & Market Intelligence** - collecting and analyzing market insights, preparing reports for leadership, and monitoring the execution and impact of campaigns and launches to provide actionable recommendations.4. **Customer & Market Segment Activation** – executing regional campaigns to drive awareness and demand, supporting product and innovation launches through the Four P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), and contributing to segmentation and account targeting models.5. **Event Management** - planning and coordinating trade shows, customer events, and internal launches, serving as the primary contact for event execution across Europe.6. **Lead Management** - managing inbound leads from marketing activities, ensuring timely follow-up, effective handoff to sales, and supporting lead nurturing to maximize conversion.**Experience and Competencies:****What we are looking for:*** University degree in Business/Commercial disciplines (Marketing, Business Development, or related), or alternatively in Chemistry-oriented areas.* Practical exposure to operational marketing, ideally in a B2B environment, with background in the chemical industry (experience in specialty chemicals is preferred).* Event coordination and sales enablement experience is a plus.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect, network and build relationships easily.* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Agility and adaptability, being comfortable with rapid change and shifting priorities.* Proactive approach with ambition to grow within the organization.* Fluent English required; any other language will be an asset.* Willingness to travel within the EU as required (10-15%)If you would like to join an innovative, collaborative and multicultural team, please apply now.
