**Key Responsibilities*** Serve as the connective tissue between GRI businesses and MarTech teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal technology utilization.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, channel activation) to align technology solutions with business goals.* Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop solutions architecture (leveraging Vizio, Miro, etc) to document and optimize user experiences.* Maintain comprehensive training documentation for marketing partners on MarTech capabilities and best practices.* Drive process optimization for MarTech intake and channel marketing requirements.* Identify and develop use cases to demonstrate MarTech stack value, driving adoption and optimization.* Oversee end-to-end MarTech implementation and channel activation, ensuring creative alignment with MarTech capabilities.* Stay up-to-date with the latest MarTech trends and innovations, applying this knowledge to continuously innovate our MarTech stack capabilities and utilization.**Requirements*** 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, MarTech, or MarTech-adjacent roles, with a proven track record of driving technology enablement.* Deep understanding of the Adobe Tech Stack (Marketo, Target, Experience Platform, Analytics) and Salesforce.* Strong background in web and email channel marketing.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to improve processes and technology utilization.#LI-MG1# **What we offer you:**# Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00.
