Drive Growth in a New Market:
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies tailored to Houston’s local communities. Build Trusted Relationships:
Connect with healthcare providers, discharge planners, and community leaders to establish long-term referral partnerships. Spread the Word:
Represent Harmony At Home at community events, presentations, and networking opportunities. Convert Leads Into Clients:
Identify potential clients, guide them through the admissions process with empathy and confidence. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work hand-in-hand with our admin and care teams to ensure every client receives excellent care. Use Data to Win:
Leverage market insights to stay ahead of trends and continuously improve outreach tactics. Represent Our Mission:
Be a compassionate, trusted face of our company, upholding the highest standards of service and care. We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has a heart for service and a passion for helping others. Brings at least 1 year of sales or marketing experience, ideally in
home care, home health, hospice, or healthcare . Has a proven track record working with hospitals, clinics, nursing facilities, or other healthcare networks. Thrives on networking and building lasting professional relationships. Is a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Works well with multidisciplinary teams and enjoys collaborative problem-solving. Can travel locally across the
Houston metro area
to meet with clients and partners (Dallas-based applicants must be willing to relocate or travel temporarily). Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Benefits & Perks:
