Responsibilities

Manage Canvas’s presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Design engaging posts, stories, reels, and content using Photoshop/Illustrator Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand tone Create monthly performance reports and analyze engagement metrics Collaborate with the founder/creative director for campaign storytelling Monitor customer trends and market (competitor) activities Must Have

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (Preferred - Not mandatory) Professional experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Proven experience in managing brand social media pages Strong copywriting and content planning skills Understanding of marketing funnels, reach, and engagement strategy Fluent in English and Bengali Excellent time management and multitasking ability Nice to have

Experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager) Interest in heritage crafts or fashion Basic photography or animation skills What's great about the job?
