Overview

LoopNet, the leading global commercial real estate marketplace, is seeking a Sales Executive to partner with owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for their property portfolios. This role will build lasting, service-focused client relationships and advise on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and ROI using proprietary analytics and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Build consultative relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to close new business and achieve sales targets. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your specific territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Travel – Conduct regular in-person meetings which may require travel by car and could require travel outside the driving radius of your office location. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling commercial real estate, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, or related data and analytics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-experience focused environment. Valid driver’s license and current, background-checked driving record. Preferred Qualifications

Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships at senior/C‑Suite level. Ability to analyze data, build out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations at a high‑growth company. Self‑starter with strong independent work and collaborative team skills. Benefits
