Position Summary
The Manager, ECommerce Content Studio Programs role will be a key contributor to growing our US ECommerce business.
Responsibilities

You have experience with leading the development of eCommerce content in a Creative Studio
You have high standards for exceptional design sensibility with an eye for creative composition in photography and motion graphics.
You have a strong understanding of digital platforms and online merchandising.

You’ll make an impact by:
Providing creative art direction and guidance to our content creators that aligns with high-quality composition, eCommerce principles, and creative consistency.
Supporting the creation and production of eCommerce content by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Showcasing your ability to be a subject matter expert in the field and applying that knowledge to the creative development, photography guidance, and brand consistency of our content outputs. Providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Managing multiple content projects to include alignment of timelines, creative briefs, strategic recommendations, content delivery and reviews.
Development of creative briefs and assets: Collaborating with creative team members, suppliers, merchandising, product development, and eCommerce partners to translate business needs into creative solutions aligned with brand standards.
Focusing on innovation and strategy: Assisting in the audit/assessment of customer experience trends and develops recommendations for ongoing creative innovation and/or enhanced user experience and tools. Provides input into the customer experience strategy.
Providing supervision and development for associates by mentoring, assigning duties, and providing recognition.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field
3 years’ experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years’ experience in editorial content management or related field
