The Office is currently seeking a Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our design team and help the Office grow. REQUIREMENTS
Professional Architecture degree
2-5 years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer
Strong conceptual and design skills
Strong visual communication skills
Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, Vray, and Enscape
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written
Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
Ability to prepare, develop, and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget time
Ability to take initiative in response to direction from managers
A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
Legal permits and visas required to work in USA
Experience putting together drawing sets is a plus
Licensure and/or LEED certification are a plus
Experience on large scale projects are a plus
