About the Role We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer where you will be working alongside the engineering and product teams to create delightful customer experiences that drive measurable business impact. This position will be designing brand-defining experiences based on user needs for a range of AI/ML compliance products and services while collaborating with project teams and engineering to be the voice of the user and defining the next generation of our compliance and risk mitigation solution.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience leading and delivering comprehensive and elegant end-to-end solutions within a complex business environment, similar to, if not within, the Life Sciences or Biopharma industry
6+ years of experience as a product designer
You have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and consistency
You approach design challenges with a creative and analytical mindset, finding elegant solutions to complex problems
You can clearly articulate how your design solutions will lead to an impact on the business metrics and user behaviors and can defend your decisions to senior stakeholders
You are able to stay organized, execute deliverables, and meet deadlines with little oversight
Proficiency with Figma or comparable
Hands on experience creating user flows, hi-res wireframes, user interfaces
Preferred Qualifications
A deep interest in design principles and a curiosity about how people interact with technology.
Experience in Healthcare or vertical AI is a plus
Experience working with customers / end users to get early feedback and refine the product over time
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent complex business or technical concepts with executive leadership
Responsibilities
Lead the UI/UX development from conception to execution
Drive and work alongside other members of the technical team on the end-to-end design and research of our product
Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, journey maps, user flows, user personas, affinity maps, and other artifacts
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate business and user needs into a beautiful and delightful experience
Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our design system, ensuring it remains up-to-date, consistent, and accessible
Utilize data and user feedback to define user-centric product requirements
Develop visual design components, construct style guides, and maintain pattern libraries
Partner with colleagues from different departments, including business, product, engineering, and quality assurance, to execute design plans
