Corporate Tools is hiring an experienced UI/UX Designer for $100,000/year. You will be a traditional company employee. This is a remote position, but if you’re near one of our local offices, you’re welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll be working 40 hours a week and, of course, enjoy great company benefits.

Collaborate with our full-stack teams to develop common UI components and design patterns that can be adopted and extended across product suites Work daily with design language and UI consistency Create wire frames, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Be the connection between our full-stack and design team Develop innovative user interfaces and interactive models that leverage next generation web technologies to improve user productivity and operational efficiency Researching and deeply understanding problems so you can get to the root of what’s really important Requirements:
3+ years experience in a UI/UX position Knowledge of design and development best practice Working knowledge of industry tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe xD, Invision etc Excellent ability to manage timelines and be self-directed Experience with using UX research methods to make informed UI/UX decisions Familiarity with A/B testing and gathering and analyzing user interactions UI/UX Designer
