Specialist, Library PT

ASRC Federal Field Services, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Specialist, Library PT to support our government customer programs in Enid, Oklahoma. Assists the librarian in the planning and implementation of various library programs. Conducts opening and/or closing procedures, maintains accurate data counts, registers patrons. Assists patrons in locating, selection, and checking out of materials. Operates library electronic equipment, retrieves and delivers mail to the base postal center, checks in/out library materials, collects returned materials, completes out‑processing of patrons, sorts and re‑shelves returned materials, documents interlibrary loans to include record keeping and mailings, maintains computer databases used to locate library materials., performs routine clerical tasks such as answering phones and organizing files, participants in library special programs, assists in completing library inventories. Requires basic computer skills. Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Must be a US or Permanent Citizen due to contract requirements
