ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Game Designer at EDURINO, you'll heavily shape our educational games and bring interactive learning worlds to life for thousands of families, nudging children to explore with fun and curiosity.

What you will do at EDURINO

Take creative ownership from the initial vision to the completion of episodes

Own key metrics like retention and completion rate for each episode your team produces

Validate early concepts & hypotheses, and cut what doesn’t move a needle

Conduct playtesting sessions with kids to experience how your games are received by the target audience

Iterate on elements like core loop, progression and difficulty, meta progression, rewards, content/event cadence, to provide a cohesive player journey

Provide comprehensive game design documentation, such as GDDs and UX flows, to set clear goals for the team

Work cross‑functionally with an educational expert, artists, and engineers

Exchange knowledge with other Game Designers in the team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation

ABOUT YOU We seek an excellent Senior Game Designer with wide experience in the games industry and a strong record in improving existing games. You thrive in fast-paced environments and find excitement in iterating your games based on data and user feedback.

Skills you need to bring

5+ years of experience in Game Design

A track record of significantly improving the performance of existing games

Extensive experience in using data- and feedback-driven iterations when developing games

Strong analytical skills for A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation

Deep understanding of game mechanics and player psychology

Self‑prioritize tasks effectively and make decisions confidently in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment

Proactive communication, business‑fluency in English (C1+), and confidence in interacting with an intercultural team of experts

Advantages:

Experience with educational games or games for children

Profound experience in working with Unity as a Game Engine
