King’s Awards for Enterprise , the company has achieved international growth and supports creators in building audiences and businesses. Based in a renovated Victorian brewery in Northampton’s Creative Quarter, Ziggurat XYZ is a hub of creativity and collaboration.
Role Overview The Social Media Assistant will help shape and deliver content strategies across platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and Patreon. You’ll collaborate with creatives and internal teams to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation in content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and deliver social media strategies across multiple platforms
Collaborate with freelance creatives (video editors, designers, copywriters)
Liaise with internal teams to manage workloads and priorities
Maintain schedules, databases, and reference materials
Ensure quality and consistency across captions, videos, and editorial content
Use performance insights to inform creative recommendations and content plans
Gain insight into production and post-production processes (no editing required)
Required Skills and Experience Essential
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Passion for digital media and social platforms
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrable enthusiasm for behind‑the‑scenes creative work
Desirable
Degree in media production, marketing, advertising, or related field
Experience in social media management or content coordination
