About the position
Velosio is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own strategy across web, SEO, SEM, paid media, and social channels. This role manages a Digital Marketing Specialist and partners across teams. Reports to the Director, Global Demand Center.
Location: Preference for hybrid in Atlanta, GA (2–3 days per week in office). Remote considered for the right candidate.
Your day might look like Digital Strategy
Own roadmap for web, SEO, SEM, paid ads, and social media.
Own ongoing content calendar for paid ads and social media
Evaluate ABM platforms for targeted campaigns, work with Marketing Ops to implement, and then own ongoing execution of ABM programs in partnership with the ABM manager
Coordinate with campaign managers to plan and execute always-on campaigns and targeted initiatives.
Align digital goals with broader marketing priorities.
Optimization & Analytics
Run A/B tests and CRO to improve conversions.
Own GA4, Tag Manager, UTMs, and digital dashboards.
Refine targeting and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
Team Leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Sales, and Practice Leads to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.
Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Specialist.
Oversee agencies and contractors as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives like EVP and events.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
5+ years in digital marketing across SEO, SEM, paid media, and social.
Proficiency with GA4, Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
Experience leveraging marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) for attribution and landing pages.
Strong analytical skills and dashboard building experience.
Experience managing direct reports and agency partners.
