Full-time Remote Job Summary

Join our team as an Information Product Marketing Specialist and play a key role in helping online businesses—course creators, coaches, and content creators—reach their highest potential. You’ll drive revenue and list growth for our clients while overseeing innovative DM Funnel campaigns, ensuring exceptional support, and collaborating with a driven team. If you thrive on fast-paced digital marketing environments, care deeply about communication, and love seeing clients succeed, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

Lead, launch, and optimize DM marketing funnels for both product launches and evergreen campaigns across social media platforms. Own daily and weekly project management tasks, aligning priorities and timelines for yourself and a small pod of marketing professionals. Guide a pod of Chatbot Marketing Managers, Copywriters, Designers, and Virtual Assistants, tracking team progress and campaign quality. Act as the primary point of contact for 8+ client accounts, delivering high‑caliber, proactive, and responsive support to drive client revenue and retention. Document campaign activities, report key performance indicators, and facilitate both internal and client communications via Slack, Notion, and Airtable. Celebrate client wins, inspire teams with milestones, and foster a positive, motivated culture aligned with our mission and core values. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes, update SOPs, and address gaps in documentation and workflows. Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven expertise in social media marketing, product launch management, and evergreen marketing for information products. Mastery of written and verbal communication—clear, concise, and impossible to misunderstand. Strong project management skills with attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and team members. Experience in client success management and growth marketing, ideally for online course or digital product businesses. Familiarity with leading information business models and digital marketing funnels. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure, balancing risk and opportunity for clients. Integrity, accountability, and a genuine passion for helping online businesses scale using the latest DM and social selling strategies. Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with ManyChat, CRM platforms, and popular email/landing page marketing tools. Experience managing pods or small cross‑functional digital marketing teams. Background working with high‑profile clients in the online education space.
