REQUIREMENTS
Who we’re looking for?
We’re seeking a passionate Junior Architectural Designer to join our team at our North Miami Beach studio and participate in our uniquely collaborative design process and work hand‑in‑hand with colleagues across disciplines on a wide variety of luxury residential design projects. We’d encourage you to send us your resume and portfolio if you:
are enthusiastic about, and comfortable committing to, our multidisciplinary design process
are curious, open‑minded and have a strong desire to continue learning about contemporary architectural design practice
work well in a team environment and can prepare designs which meet our client’s program, quality objectives, and project requirements
have a keen eye for detail, particularly when reviewing architectural design documents
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture is essential
Must have between 2-3 years’ professional experience in a high‑end residential architectural design environment
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the success of multiple projects from schematic design through construction administration, including:
Drawing production, conceptual design, rendering, modelling, and preparing client presentations
Working on multiple projects of all sizes and complexities within set deadlines
Preparing design and construction documentation
Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects
Review and process construction administration documents
Meet with clients, suppliers and trades
Project management skills for high‑end custom single‑family residential projects
Key Skills
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
Enthusiastic commitment to our multidisciplinary design process and team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curious and open‑minded to learn and assume increased responsibilities
Committed to building a long‑term professional career
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Other Qualifications
You must currently reside in the Miami area or be willing to relocate
If you are relocating from outside the United States, you must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States – we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
