Source and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of events while adhering to budget constraints.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the event planning process to provide updates, address concerns, and obtain feedback.
Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts to ensure events are delivered within budgetary constraints.
