Position Overview We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content and strategies for multiple clients, managing their online presence across various platforms, and driving engagement and growth.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and target audience

Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Manage day‑to‑day social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner

Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, and optimise strategies for maximum impact

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate them into client campaigns

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Skills

BA in a related field and/or 2+ years experience in a related field

Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency setting

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends

Highly organised and able to multitask effectively

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving client needs
