This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to all stages of the design process - from early concepts through to installation - working closely with our Creative Director and trusted vendors to bring thoughtful, layered interiors to life.

Your Role

Support the Creative Director and design team in all phases of design projects, including high-end residential and boutique commercial interiors

Source furnishings, finishes, and materials; coordinate with vendors, reps, and showrooms

Support in development of design presentations, concept boards, and FF&E palettes with a refined eye for tone and composition

Support in design development of bespoke furniture and lighting

Create and refine floor plans, elevations, and millwork drawings (AutoCAD proficiency required)

Manage purchase orders, and support the installation process

Attend site visits, assist with on-site installations, and participate in ongoing project documentation

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of interior design experience, ideally in high-end residential or boutique commercial environments

A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

Detail-oriented and resourceful sourcing with an emphasis on vintage and bespoke goods

The ability to collaborate on clear, detailed drawing sets and schedules

Familiarity with FF&E specifications and procurement processes

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp

Strong visual communication and digital presentation abilities

Experience and interest in custom furniture design

An impeccable eye for detail, materiality, and proportion

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Comfort in a fast-paced, small studio

Ability to find creative design solutions that are not available in the mainstream consumer space

Access to a car (occasional errands needed)

We look forward to seeing your work and getting to know you.
