We are looking for a driven and curious Structural Design Technician to provide leadership and support our Built Environment team. As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you’ll grow your skills and join a collaborative team that delivers award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. You’ll develop design concepts, create models from scratch, coordinate designs to consider existing conditions, and deliver structural requirements to the construction team through 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
You’ll also have the chance to lead a small project team of designers, establishing project standards, training, and maintaining team morale.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
At least 1 year of Revit experience
At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience
Preferred
At least 2 years of Revit experience
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience leading a team of designers
Experience with healthcare, institutional, or commercial buildings
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
