About The Role
OneFourTwo is a full‑service design firm. Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented Architect to join us in our New York office and collaborate on commercial design projects from concept through construction phases.

Day in the Life
Manage commercial architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans.
Research building codes and local zoning requirements.
Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas.
Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 5+ years of relevant commercial design experience.
Licensure is required.
Experience producing construction drawings in Revit is required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design.
