Experience Designer
Join us at DataAnnotation to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models focused on visual and design principles. Your role will involve evaluating AI outputs, providing detailed feedback, and refining the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
We are looking for an Experience Designer to assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work — including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

You can choose which projects you want to work on and set your own schedule.
General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work.
Responsibilities
Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals.
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design.
Qualifications
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for any money from you. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
