Job Overview As a Sales Associate with LoopNet, you will partner with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and build long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing plans.
Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to close new business and expand revenue.
Collaborate across LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve sales revenue targets.
Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and industry trends in your territory.
Deliver outstanding customer support with value‑added communication, market insights, and solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Conduct regular in‑person meetings and travel as required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B sales and account management experience in CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data analytics.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer‑experience‑focused environment.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience building long‑term relationships and partnerships with senior/C‑Suite level clients.
Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market trends.
Operational motor vehicle availability prior to or by start date.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a high‑growth company.
Self‑starter who succeeds both independently and in team environments.
