Role Overview We’re hiring a Product Designer to define the user experience at the center of Nimbus’s platform. You’ll own how users capture data, train agents, configure behavior, visualize insights, and deploy automation. This role blends systems thinking, interaction design, and rapid prototyping—ideal for someone who loves simplifying complexity.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering to translate technical capabilities into approachable, efficient, and scalable experiences for everyone from operators to developers to enterprise customers.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end product design across data capture, training workflows, agent configuration, dashboards, and white-label experiences.
User journeys, system maps, and interaction patterns that make a complex AI platform intuitive and beautiful.
Rapid prototyping of new data loops, training flows, and agent interfaces—using Figma or whatever moves fastest.
Design for extensibility, enabling partners to embed, customize, and resell agents with minimal friction.
Usability testing & customer discovery, turning qualitative insights into actionable design improvements.
A cohesive design system that supports both internal velocity and external brand flexibility.
What You Bring
3–5+ years of product design experience in SaaS, B2B, platforms, or technical products.
Demonstrated experience with complex systems, workflows, or data-driven tools (AI/ML, automation, or developer tools are a plus).
Ability to turn messy problem spaces into clear user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
Strong visual and interaction design skills; fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems.
Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with PMs, engineers, and customers in tight iteration loops.
A passion for simplifying technical concepts and making powerful AI capabilities accessible.
