This role will be part of the Growth team, focusing on Top of Funnel, which includes everything from SEO, Guest Experience, Emails, App Activations, Onboarding, first 28 days of a member experience, and Retaining and Resurrecting Infrequent Members. The TOF Design team is the front door experience of LinkedIn, and is responsible for expanding LinkedIn's Vision of bringing economic opportunity to every member of the global workforce through understanding and delivering value to the fringes of our potential and existing member base. The role also leads design for our Moonshot opportunities where we incubate new bets including our very successful and fun LinkedIn Games. The Moonshots team works in an agile way to launch quickly, and iteratively test ideas based on our members feedback. Define, direct, and oversee the creative direction of our suite of products Proactively seek opportunities to drive marketplace growth and integrate with other LinkedIn business solutions Effectively communicate ideas, design rationale and specifics of the design approach Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements Manage, coach, and provide directed feedback to product designers and leads to deliver the final product Application Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must include your portfolio, website or other samples of work. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 5-7years of experience managing and directing creative projects Experience directing and guiding a team through a complete lifecycle of several launched projects Preferred Qualifications: Strong experience in providing vision and guidance that helps shape the future of the business Experience managing senior individual contributors and managers Exceptional ability to influence on other product areas across the organization; Drives strategy and vision across the business area Exceptional ability to delivers design solutions that grow the business area and create new value for members/customers Exceptional ability to develop teams of designers to become the next generation of key contributors - promoting sharing work openly and welcoming feedback Mastery in solving unstructured problems that have many dependencies and may have lengthy timelines; Seeks out ambiguity and transforms it into effective, actionable plans with cross-functional partners Suggested Skills: Product Thinking Visual Design Interaction Design Storytelling Leadership LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $185,000 to $299,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
