A healthcare provider in Naples, Florida is seeking a professional Switchboard Operator to manage high-volume calls and provide patient assistance. You will play a key role in directing calls accurately, relaying urgent messages, and supporting front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and customer service experience.
