Sales and Marketing Director – Belmont, CA
Join Ivy Living as a Sales and Marketing Director at Ivy Park at Belmont, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. In this role you will generate and manage leads, guide prospects through the transition, and partner with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to develop cutting‑edge marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
Work with the team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.
Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
Compensation & Benefits Wage: $80,000–$85,000 base plus monthly bonuses.
