Product Manager, Vice President – Design System Base Pay/Salary Range:

Wilmington, DE; Plano, TX; New York, NY: $122,550 – $201,000 per year.

As a Product Manager in Digital Channels, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end‑to‑end product life cycle. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top‑tier client experiences.

Job Responsibilities

Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers

Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

Build framework and track the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Maximize the value of the product and the work of the cross‑functional delivery team

Define success criteria and accept or reject work product at sprint completion

Work with ambiguity to create structure where none exists

Champion and drive culture change, while being unafraid to challenge the status quo to reimagine how we do business to deliver superior customer experiences and maximize customer value

Define and drive end‑to‑end product delivery with a lens on enhancing business strategy, optimizing processes, and building governance models

Identify business process gaps and drive improved business operating models

Collaborate with other product owners to develop and execute strategies that build and maintain awareness of product and increase user adoption

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

High level of initiative and autonomy, with the ability to collaborate across business lines and functional areas, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels

Proven leadership skills, with a track record of making strategic decisions, taking accountability, and constructively challenging the status quo to achieve positive business outcomes

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to cross‑functional partners

Comfortable leading through ambiguity and experienced in improving organizational processes and ways of working

Open and transparent communicator, receptive to diverse ideas from various stakeholders, with the ability to influence and motivate senior executives

Positive, can‑do attitude, willing to work hands‑on alongside the team while also directing cross‑functional teams

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, capable of creating compelling presentations and developing complex reports independently

Strong experience with JIRA, including advanced capabilities such as dashboard creation and complex queries using JQL, and able to guide others in its use

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
