Job Summary/Description WBNG‑TV is looking for an experienced digital content producer to join the #1 broadcast and digital news team in Binghamton, NY. The successful candidate will have a digital‑first mindset and push accurate story coverage forward for online and on‑air. This opportunity is for someone who wants to dig for news, push breaking news as it happens, and develop unique content for WBNG’s digital platforms.
Duties include, but are not limited to, covering breaking news with a sense of urgency and impact, pitching story ideas and contributing to editorial discussions, developing and cultivating sources, writing digital articles, and posting and interacting on multiple social media platforms.

Qualifications/Requirements A degree in broadcast/digital journalism or at least one year of experience working in a busy newsroom, preferred.
