Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. Collaborate with a high‑performing team to create in‑store events and maintain visual merchandising standards. Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events. Qualifications Preferable retail experience; open to beginners who can demonstrate creative and technical expertise. Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Experience with point‑of‑sale software. Valid proof of right to live and work in the country. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends & special events in a fast‑paced environment. Pay and Benefits The anticipated hourly range is $21.60 to $32.40. Salary may vary based on experience, skills and geographic location. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
