Your Mission: As the Senior Campaign & Content Manager, your mission is to build the campaign and content strategy that supports Hawk’s ambitious growth goals. You’ll shape the brand voice and create high-quality, engaging content that connects with our audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an engaging campaign strategy that delivers on company objectives, including pipeline generation and brand awareness.
Map out the content strategy, ensuring campaigns can be delivered with high-quality content in a variety of formats.
Oversee creation of campaign assets to ensure timely activation.
Lead a team of content managers, establishing processes to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.
Work with design resources to ensure content is visually polished, captivating, and on‑brand.
Build a network of external content providers and commission content (written, graphic, video) when needed, ensuring quality and value for money.
Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external subject‑matter experts to generate ideas and ensure relevance.
Collaborate with other Marketing team members—including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing—to create and execute effective campaigns.
Build relationships across functions, particularly Sales and Product, to understand campaign and content needs.
Shape and maintain Hawk’s brand voice to ensure a consistent tone and style across all content pieces.
Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to measure success, optimize the strategy, and meet KPIs.
Review and approve content to maintain high quality standards and alignment with Hawk’s objectives and values.
Your Profile
5+ years of experience in B2B technology content or campaign management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Experience managing external content and design resources.
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Experience in financial services and anti‑financial crime is advantageous.
Compensation Range: $100K – $120K.
